Hi, I am fairly new to WCF and .NET in general and still learning. I ran through your example above and implemented just the upload method as that is what I need at the moment but I am having an issue with it working when I start my WCF as an actual service.
I posted the question at stackoverflow:

I wasn’t sure if you were still updating this or not but as I haven’t received any responses there I figured I try here.

This solution does work if I just use the WCF as a dll reference but from what I can understand that “Stream” is the culprit that stops it from running as an actual service.

Any input will be appreciated.

I am trying to implement this so I don’t have to deal with setting up a SFTP server in some deployments and I’m having one issue. Text is being added to the file that is being output when they should be the same. An example of the text is “–uuid:3c85773c-e9a1-4642-aa26-a503429e2bd1+id=1–”

Any idea why this is getting added? Could it be due to the buffer size I chose (2048)?

It is not neccessary to use an client.AttemptToCloseStream while stream can be closed on server side by OperationContext.Current.OperationCompleted event handler.

This is very nice! I made a software myself that takes automatic screenshots and save then to a directory the user chooses.

I just NEEDED this code

It’s already imported into my project, I just can’t make it work! What should I do? Which event should I use to get the key pressed?
